Introduction to 5S System
The 5S System is a technique designed to enhance workplace organization and efficiency. It utilizes five Japanese terms, all beginning with the letter "S", to establish a tidy, effective, and secure work environment.
Seiri (sort)
The first step is Seiri, which means "sort". This phase focuses on decluttering your workspace. By identifying and removing unnecessary items, you can create a more organized and efficient work environment.

This assures consistency and the maintenance of previously implemented improvements.
Shitsuke (Sustain)
The fifth and final step, Shitsuke, means "Sustain". This step involves maintaining the improvements made through the first four steps. It requires discipline and commitment. Regular audits and reviews can help in sustaining the improvements and making further enhancements.
